You asked if we needed a witness, I said yes, then you pointed to the other driver and said it's your fault. That person then admitted, to both of us in certain words, her own guilt. You said you had to go and couldn't stay. But was nice enough to let us/me know that you called it in to police and left your info. Conveniently that info was not included in the police report. So now, after almost 8 weeks, her insurance company is claiming it was partially my fault. What a slap in the face! (to put it mildly). So I would really appreciate it if you would contact me ASAP. I feel they are wrongfully blaming me for part of this.
